DCHR has an ongoing commitment to encourage employee development, promote fairness, and support the District's strategic goals and objectives. To help realize this commitment, there are two employee performance programs: the new Performance Management Program, instituted in 2000 and automated in 2001, and the Performance Evaluation System, which began in 1979.
