E-Learning    The DCHR Workforce Development Administration E-Learning Program is an online employee training development portal designed to help District government employees advance their personal and professional development at work or at  home.   Available Programs:   Mindleaders – MindLeaders is an online technology-based, self-paced program that is designed to help District government employees advance their professional and personal development. The online program offers more than 750 online courses in the MS Office, Business, and Occupational Safety Health Series that is accessible at work or at home.   Online Rosetta Stone Language Learning Program – Rosetta Stone allows District government employees the unique opportunity to learn more than 30 languages with the leading provider of technology-based language learning solutions. Through this online self-directed resource employees can access the language learning program at their own pace at work or at home.   Online SHRM e-Learning Program – SHRM e-Learning delivers online training to District government HR professionals through a series of HR courses facilitated by leading industry experts. The SHRM e-Learning program offers such features as recertification credits, latest HR information and critical compliance solutions.   Guidelines & Registration   Click on each program to access the online E-learning guidelines and registration forms.
