Life Insurance Open Enrollment DCHR is proud to announce an open enrollment period for the DC Employees Group Life Insurance Program to be held November 10 – December 8. All employees hired after October 1, 1987, in a benefits-eligible position are able to enroll or increase their level of life insurance coverage during this period without providing evidence of insurability.  Enrollment changes will be effective on the first full pay period of 2009.
